The big Playmate of the Year luncheon was held yesterday at the Playboy mansion in Holmby Hills, CA. Nearly 50 Playmates gathered to celebrate the gorgeous Raquel Pompluns new status. I am so proud of Raquel! I've had the pleasure of working and traveling with Raquel a few times. She is always an absoulte delight!
One time we were wroking a job in Florida together and sharing a suite on the 7th floor at a hotel. Raquel got there before me so she snagged the good room with the attached bathroom and patio. Once, I arrived we headed to the pool for some ralaxation. Afterwards we headed back up to our room to freshen up before dinner. Raquel went in her room and I in mine. Suddenly I heard her scream "Ahhhh! Oh my gosh! Kaaassssssssssie!"
I ran in to her room to find Raquel freaking out over a little green frog that had somehow made its way into her room. After investigating we realized there was actually 2 frogs in her room. We put them back out on the patio in the girliest fashion possible and then laughed our butts off. I tought, "That will teach her to take the good room."
Just another reason I love Raquel. Congratulations girl! xoxo
